Saguaro Worms were added in 1.4.1. They spawn in the deserts of the overworld. They will appear as a cactus until a player walks near them, at which point they will transform into a Saguaro Worm. They cannot move from their spawn location, so ranging them is advised. They deal large amounts of melee damage. They drop 3-5(100%) Cactus Blocks and 0-2(?%) Terran Shards.
