The Heliosis WrathStaff is a Range Weapon crafted in Vethea. It does 28 damage and consumes 10 Arcana per shot. When fired it will bounce off blocks until it hits a mob or finds open air.
Unlike some ranged weapons (like the Bowhead Anchor), if this is used for melee, it only does 1 damage. It doesn't consume Arcana when used this way.
