The Enchanted Archer is an aggressive mob that spawns in Apalachia, the second Twilight dimension. It has a 40% resistance to damage, but its relatively low health offsets this.
The Enchanted Archer is fairly powerful and it deals a massive amount of damage, so strafing and keeping your distance may help in defeating it. Alternatively, sniping it down with weapons such as the Apalachia Phaser is a good idea.
