Charged Collectors are items that can be obtained by trading withLord Vatticus for 16 Collector Fragments. Collector Fragments can be found by killing Dungeon of Arcana mobs.
Charged fragments are used to power arcanium extracters, which turn arcanium ore into arcanium.
Each Charged Collector will fuel an Arcane Extractor long enough to process exactly four Arcanium Ore.
