Aquastrive Armor is the Armor Set obtained from the crafting of Aquatic Ingots. It is a decent set of armor, having a total damage reduction of 55% and infinite durability. It is not highly recommended to craft this set of armor as it is extremely resource intensive. A full set of Aquastrive Armor requires 26 Aquatic Ingots.

Full Set Bonus

If the player wears a full set of Aquastrive Armor, they will receive:

  • Breathe Underwater
  • Swim Speed Increase

This means that the player, in addition to having the same abilities as the Kraken Armor, will also be able to swim in water with increased speeds. The speeds at which the player travels is ridiculously high. Although the speed of the player is initially quite slow, the player quickly accelerates to a top speed of roughly 25 m/s. This is roughly 4 times faster than sprinting. It is almost impossible for the player to decelerate when in this mode.

Trivia

  •  A full set of Aquastrive Armor requires 26 Aquatic Ingots, which requires 234 Aquatic Pellets, which are dropped only by King Crabs.
  • An interesting glitch with this armor (this applies to all of the "infinite" use armors) is that if you give the armor the Thorns enchantment, when you get hit and  the armor will gain a durability bar and lose durability (which only happens when Thorns is in effect).

Known Bugs

  • When swimming in the water, the player will swim diagonally.
